Tilt & Slide Balance Latch

The Tilt & Slide Balance Latch fits perfectly at the top of a sash, engaging into the aluminium channel. Locked into place, the sash will slide vertically. The latch also allows sashes to be tilted for easy cleaning. 4 latches (2 per sash) are needed for window renovations and should be used in combination with any Tilt and Slide Balance for best results.
