Our SD Fire Rated Loft Hatch features an hour-long fire rating and is tested to meet BS EN 1634-1:2008 and BS EN 1634-2:1999 standards for superior performance and safety. The 65mm mineral wool insulation and 0.76m3/hr airtightness ensure it meets UK Building Regulations, while the twist lock system makes it easy to open and close. NHBC compliant with a minimum 520mm clear opening in any direction, this high quality steel hatch will keep your loft safe.
