This Intelligent Hardware 51.05 3 Lever Mortice Sash Lock has a Rota latch bolt reverse mechanism and is suitable for use with 30mm-40mm centre bolt-thru door furniture. Lightly sprung, it is also compatible with sprung lever furniture and fire doors, and has a six o'clock vertical bolt-thru position at 21.5mm centres and an adjustable strike plate.
